## Company Overview

Kingdom is a science-first ingredient startup founded by Kendall Dabaghi (Co-founder, CEO) and Ravi Sheth (Co-founder, Chief Scientific Officer). The company operates as a B2B supplier -- it does not sell directly to consumers. Its customers are pet food manufacturers and supplement brands who incorporate Superculture® ingredients into their finished products.

Kingdom's core thesis: most functional ingredients in the pet industry are not backed by rigorous clinical evidence, and current solutions address symptoms rather than root causes. ## Superculture® Ingredients

Superculture® ingredients are shelf-stable fermentates (postbiotics) derived from natural, non-GMO microbial strains. They are:

- Verified to withstand high heat, pressure, and moisture (compatible with extrusion and other processing)
- Corn, wheat, and soy free; no artificial flavors, colors, or preservatives
- Covered by AAFCO definitions and included on the EU Qualified Presumption of Safety (QPS) list
- Produced in GMP-certified, US-based manufacturing facilities
- Scalable for commercial volumes

### Superculture® Pet Oral

**Tagline:** The market's most clinically validated oral health fermentate for dogs.

**Composition:** Dried *Pediococcus pentosaceus* fermentation product + dried *Bacillus subtilis* fermentation product

**Mechanism:** Targets the oral microbiome by reducing the abundance of unwanted microbes (especially *Porphyromonas cangingivalis*) that produce volatile sulfur compounds (VSCs), form biofilms, and drive plaque, tartar, and periodontal disease. Acts directly on the oral microbiome even with brief exposure -- no abrasion required.

### Superculture® Pet Immune

**Composition:** Dried *Pediococcus acidilactici* fermentation product

**Mechanism:** Leverages indole compounds -- bioactive metabolites uniquely produced by specific gut microbes -- which circulate systemically and modulate immune function via the gut-skin axis. The ingredient is designed to deliver beneficial indoles directly to the gut, supporting immune response and reducing inflammatory skin reactions.
